This recipe is so quick and easy, it is macro friendly and tasty.
Ingredients: 20g coconut oil 40g honey 5 eggs 20g cocoa powder 60g chocolate protein 40g almond flour/ ground almonds
Instructions: * Pre heat oven to 170 degrees * Mix coconut oil and honey into a bowl * Crack each whole egg into bowl and mix * Place almond flour, cocoa powder and protein powder into mix and mix together
* Place mixture into 4 muffin tins
* Heat in oven for 10 minutes
You can either cut the cakes in half or leave as they are.
