I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so I decided as its the weekend I would make myself a treat.
These are quite rich so it stops me from eating the whole lot in one go. And by making them myself I know exactly what I am eating.

The steps are very simple and they only takes around 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients
300g 85% dark chocolate
80g hazelnuts
80ml hazelnut milk
60g nut butter (I used peanut butter)
3 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Pre heat oven to 170º and toast hazelnuts for 7 minutes

Place all other ingredients in a saucepan that is on the lowest heat setting. Stir occasionally to allow the chocolate to melt
Line a loaf tin with baking paper
Once the chocolate has melted stir in the hazelnuts
Pour the mixture into the tin
Either place tin in the fridge for 1-2 hours or if you are impatient like myself, place into the freezer for 25 minutes
Dust cacao powder over the top and cut into chunks

They keep for around a week in the fridge sealed in tupperware.
Enjoy.
